Cycle untuk bulan 10, 40days, jadi according to the chart, tanpa edit sebarang info...line merah silang paksi X dan paksi Y shown aku O pada cd28, ermmmm...logik kah? lambat tu..tapi cycle aku 40days, mungkin ada logiknya.  Luteal phase 11days.

Yang menjadi persoalannya, kenapa aku O lambat iaitu pada cd28, kalau ikutkan last month pun aku O pada cd29.  Macam biasalah aku beruntung sebab kawan2 ttc yang rapat dengan aku rajin dan suka buat research, we change info and share info...

jadi, kesimpulannya...apa yang kami dapat, actually banyak yang kami dapat..tapi ni antara kesimpulannya kenapa aku O lambat.

So what should i do in order to get better egg quality?  sekali lagi perbincangan dilakukan...perghhh bunyinya macam para gynae mencari solution untuk pesakit gitu...tapi akulah pesakitnya, akulah doktornya..bersama rakan-rakan doktor yang lain, iaitu doktor wanda dan doktor jay, kahkahkah! 

i need to focus to take multi-vitamin, vit b-complex, vit c,  vit e WITHOUT FAIL..bolehkah linda? hahahah..mesti lah boleh...so we will compare BBT chart bulan seterusnya..harap2 ada perubahan positive :)
