Hokkaido Chiffon Cupcakes with Whipped cream filled is a SUCCEED!!

assalamualaikum...

alhamdulillah yayyy! dari tajuk je dh tahu, so tak pyh cerita panjang la kan? 
2 hari after percubaan pertama yg gagal tu, apalagi....masih rasa tak puas selagi tak dpt buat Hokkaido Cupcakes ni, sbb kalau tgk dari cara2 nk buat tu mmg agak senang...:)

well, i think the toughest part is the meringue part, selalu tgk junior masterchef australia series tak? so kalau rajin tgk series tu u'll know what the meringue is, or kalau nk lagi senang, mcm biaselah...mr google kan ada :D

just make sure, before preparing any meringue...pastikan semua utensils is totally bersih, sgt clean ok? no greasy, no wet...that's the key point, bila all utensils is clean, so insyaAllah mmg dh senang dh, u know ur meringue dh menjadi bila...u try to terbalikkan and its not jatuh...maksudnya, meringue tu tak tumpah...:D

the best part is ..... jeng, jeng..jeng...the final outcome...:D

kalau makan panas2 mmg tak cukup satu, hehehe...:) so after kuar from oven, let the cuppies sejuk dulu, then only can put in the fridge, pastikan letak dlm container n bertutup rapat, and it can last for 3days :) 
the texture was superb, apatah lagi rasanya...aicehhh credit to sis rima , and i bet, if u guys bukak blog ni, confirm melting la tgk semua her recipes...:) selamat mencuba, jgn setakat menjamu mata je :P



p/s:  nyummmm...nyummmm...after raya, don't complain berat badan naik ok? :D
